SMU's highlight reel featuring Zach Line SMU running back shreds top ranked TCU defense

SMU sophmore running back Zach Line puts up 142 yards on 17 carries against TCU, the 4th rank national team. The strong running supported by a solid effort from the offensive line results in the highest rushing yards this season against 9th ranked TCU defense. While TCU won the Battle for the Iron Skillet, Zach Line won the respect of the TCU defense.

The 2010 DFW Duel for the Iron Skillet brought a record crowd of 35,481 to Ford Stadium for this once-storied rivalry. Southern Methodist University, led by quarterback Kyle Padron (from Southlake Carroll HS) made TCU work hard for the win. The game was close into the fourth quarter when TCU pulled away for a 41-24 victory. YouPlusDallas videographers also captured all the pregame festivities in a separate "On The Boulevard" video clip. SMU Bounces Back

Six games into the season, SMU was sittin pretty at 5-1 and a win against rival TCU. And the win wasn't a fluke; SMU deserved it. The miniature horses looked the best they had in 25 years. And then came the collapse. SMU lost in consecutive weeks to Southern Miss and Tulsa, in games where SMU didn't look sharp at all. Wide open passes were missed, defensive players whiffed, and I was pissed.

This week, however, SMU turned it around against an admittidly horrible Tulane team. Having graduated...
